A Big Thank You to All Council Staff

Dear Sir,

Your readers will have heard that Somerset County Council has been classified by the Audit Commission as having four stars and is therefore, an Excellent Authority.

I would like to take this opportunity, through your letters' page, to thank every single member of staff for their tremendous effort in making this possible. The council staff have now got the recognition they justly deserve.

May I, on behalf of all the councillors of the County Council say a very big THANK YOU.
